On Friday, May 21st, Ms. Dawn Striker’s Principles of Engineering class displayed their final team project: A Passive Solar Home Design. Students prepared a 3-D model, a floor plan, a plot plan while taking into consideration 7 elements of passive solar home design. They also estimated the utility costs for summer vs winter, included appliance choices or a functional circuit design. Cohort C students shared their part from home over zoom.
